Across Kildare, from Naas and Maynooth to Celbridge, Leixlip and surrounding towns, we plan whole-surface external wall insulation around the real shape of your home. Start with an Eircode and exterior photos; we check wall finish, access, openings and visible services before recommending the next step.
What you get in Kildare
- Photo-first review before anyone visits your Kildare home
- Written scope covering the wrap, finish options, openings and access assumptions
- SEAI contractor ID 17645 for eligible individual wall-insulation grant applications
- Early guidance where attic insulation, heating or a BER assessment affects the grant route
Local notes
Kildare homes range from estate semis and detached houses to older rural properties. We tailor the proposed build-up to the wall type and condition. For older stone, brick or traditional construction, we flag early when a moisture-safe, traditional-homes route needs further advice rather than treating it as a standard wrap.
For the quickest first review, send the complete front and rear elevations, accessible side walls, and close-ups of meter boxes, vents, cracks or extensions. This lets us give a useful answer before a survey is booked and makes travel and scaffold planning clear in the quotation.
The steps we follow for every wrap
This is the same operational sequence set out in our project roadmap, from feasibility through to the SEAI completion process.
We inspect the property, identify which walls can be wrapped externally and check extensions, reveals, sills, vents and access.
We set out the system, thickness, finish options, sill replacement, ventilation, scaffolding and any relevant upgrades.
The client reviews and accepts the agreed scope, specification, contract value, payment terms and estimated duration.
Where using the SEAI route, grant conditions are reviewed, the homeowner applies and accepts the offer before grant-supported work begins.
Scaffold is erected, walls are prepared, sills are replaced, insulation and mesh system are fitted, then the chosen finish is applied.
The BER and required declaration paperwork are completed for the grant file, followed by the homeowner grant claim.

Kildare FAQ
Do you cover rural Kildare as well as towns?
Yes. Rural and town properties are both within our Kildare coverage. Access, scaffold and wall type are checked from your photos before we mobilise.
Will you advise if my Kildare home needs a traditional-homes route?
Yes. Older solid stone or brick homes may need a different moisture-safe approach. We flag that early so you do not apply for the wrong SEAI scheme.
